Vinod Venkateswaran serves as the Chief Operating Officer at PGIM India Asset Management Company. He brings with him over two decades of expertise in spearheading Operations, Technology, and Customer Service functions in the financial services industry, majorly in the mutual fund space.
In his professional journey, Vinod has held pivotal roles, demonstrating leadership and proficiency. Prior to his current position, he held the position of Head of Enterprise Operations & Omni-Channel Service at L&T Financial Services. Before that, he served as the Head of Operations & Customer Services at L&T Mutual Fund, where his operational insights played a crucial role.
Vinod's distinguished career also includes being the Director of Operations & Customer Services at Fidelity Mutual Fund. Earlier in his career, he contributed significantly as the Head of Investor & Distributor Services at Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund.
Vinod Venkateswaran plays a key role in steering operational excellence and customer-centric strategies for PGIM India Asset Management Company.
His educational background includes a B.COM degree, ACS certification, and AIII accreditation.
